Healing Elements is a Wellness Center located in the Saint Anthony Park neighborhood of Saint Paul Minnesota. Our offerings are based upon a holistic approach toward well-being of the body, mind and spirit. We view health and well-being as a continuum. We believe that once one grasps the importance of the mind-body-spirit connection and addresses personal welfare on each level daily, remarkable healing will occur.
