Founded by Barb Ryan in 2015, Wisdom Sister Studio provides a space for healing, well-being, exploration, and curiosity grounded in the wisdom of your Being. I offer therapeutic bodywork (myofascial release, craniosacral therapy, and healing touch) and wisdom listening. I have extensive training in John Barnes Myofascial Release, Healing Touch, Craniosacral Services, and Reiki. I am also a RYT 200 yoga instructor. I hold a certificate in Spiritual Guidance from Woman Well in St. Paul (2010). Healing happens through bodywork and sacred listening. Specialties include mysteries of the body, anxiety, stress of life transitions, and 12 step journeyers.
